This retreat in Amorgos will bring you close to nature and closer to yourself. There are only 500 people living in the surrounding area so the first thing you will feel is the sensation that is is your island an overwhelming feeling of space. In the day time after yoga and delicious greek food you can explore the island to your hearts content! A quad is our personal favorite! Visit the beaches and beautiful landscape of the Island. 4 Hours of Yoga Instruction Each Day! Beginning with morning meditation and vigorous flow to follow!

In this Retreat you will be part of a community of authentic seekers. You’ll make friends, journey together, laugh and love. A full immersion program, the daily schedule includes Many styles of yoga practices and Guided breathing meditation. You’ll have free time to do as you feel, swim, read and relax during your daily breaks. For anyone who has trained with Arius Yoga before, you’ll know our yoga retreats are thorough, well planned, safe, authentic and lots of fun! Our goal is that you’ll leave the week feeling strong, inspired and with a renewed sense of passion.
